Since there has been a Board Meeting (on April 3rd) since this message was sent, I anticipated some response. Are there any questions regarding my request?

Paul-I am out of town but have limited access tp e mail...was planning on calling but since I got this I'll just respond. Not trying to ignore you but as you know there is a time component in this. You can contact (name masked) to view the documents and flag for her which ones you want copied. My understanding is that are numerous documents and Tim H. is getting some of them from the attorney since that is where some documents are. I personally don't have anything in my possession relating to site selection. Hope this helps. I'll be back in town next week.

Denise:

I spent about three hours at the SSF yesterday examining Tim Hamilton's files. The staff was very helpful, and has already made the copies I requested.

While the documents that were made available to me had a great deal of information regarding the investigations into various pieces of property, there was no information whatsoever regarding the Campaign supporting Issue #2, as I requested in my letter (another copy attached).

As I have previously stated, I believe that since Dave Lundregan was "recruited by Dale McVey" (Dave's own words, as quoted in the newspaper), the campaign is a de facto extension of the Hilliard City Schools and therefore the correspondence between the school board, the school administration, and the campaign -- including the results of the survey -- are documents which the public has a right to see, as specified in O.R.C. 149.43. In fact, there were copies of past surveys in Tim Hamilton's files.

My objective is not the defeat of the levy. As a poll worker, I have already filed my absentee ballot, and I voted YES on Issue #2. I've always said that I am in support of the 3rd high school, and do not even object to the Emmelhainz property as long as it does not simultaneously cause an unraveling of the Big Darby Accord.

However, residential developers like Homewood Homes and Planned Development, along with the owners of large tracts of land in Brown Twp, would like to see the Big Darby Accord go down in flames. Take a drive out to Brown Elementary and notice all the signs along Roberts Rd (on the Zwayer property).

While you guys don't seem to believe me -- I'm trying to help you protect the school district and the community by keeping the residential developers from using you as a pawn to open up Brown Twp for high density development.

The Big Darby Accord is the best way to do that.

Please let me know when and where I can go to see the survey results per my request.

Regards,

Paul Lambert
