April 17, 2006 11:16am Hi Paul Hope you had a good Easter weekend with your family. I'm glad you were able to get the information you requested last week. I am confused as to what information you are requesting about the Campaign supporting Issue 2. As I reread your original request several times, all the documentation that you are requesting appears to be related to the selection of property and that has been provided to you. I will have to respectfully disagree that Dave L. is an extension of the Hilliard City Schools simply because he is a volunteer co-chairing the campaign committee. As we discussed earlier, the survey was used by the committee for messaging purposes. I appreciate the fact that you are a supporter of the schools Paul. I'm sure we'll be in touch, Denise April 17, 2006 5:37pm Hi Denise: We had a great Easter weekend, and I hope you, Roy and the kids did as well. Also hope you had a break from the hospital and could catch up on some well-deserved rest. Rather than quibbling over the language in the prior request, please allow me to submit an additional request to you that hopefully makes what I'm looking for a little more clear. I've also attached a copy of the newspaper article which reported: "Lundregan said he was recruited by Superintendent Dale McVey to lead the campaign." Regardless of whether you or I feel this direct interaction between Dave and Dale creates a defacto agency relationship with between the school system and the campaign committee, my request addresses information that was revealed to the school board or to the school administration as a result of any such surveys. There should be no question that such information is in the public domain. Please let me know who I should contact to review the requested documents. Thanks Paul Lambert Hi Paul My Easter weekend consisted of working Friday, Saturday and Sunday.... but the highlight was the the beautiful sunrise I was treated to (and I mean that sincerely) at 6am Sunday morning in the midst of the rain on my way to work. But thanks for asking! I would encourage you to contact Dave Lundregan about the survey since it is the campaign committee's survey. Denise |
